Parishioners without access to a computer can complete a credit
card or checking account authorization form. The parishioner
gives the form to the parish to setup the parishioner's e-contribution
account. There are 100 authorization forms per pad. The authorization
forms are available for the parish at no printing cost, shipping
and handling charges will apply.

Electronic giving pads can be used by parishioners who give electronically
and would like to have something to place in the collection basket.
There are 50 electronic giving slips per pad. The electronic giving
pads can be purchased at a cost of $0.99 per pad plus shipping
and handling.
